As you may know, in Gecom we think teamwork is key in all our projects and that is why, we never miss the opportunity to spend some time together as a team in the annual teambuilding.

At the end of last summer we decided that it was time to leave our comfort zone once again to enter a unique experience as a team and as individuals. Because in Gecom, there are not a lot of rest weeks, so when we have one we often take advantage of it to invest it in the team and in the way it works.

Once again, the location was a surprise, and the experience was unforgettable. This time the teambuilding consisted in an immersion in the Riudecols forest, Tarragona, where each Gecom member was given a survival kit and we were challenged with different tests that we successfully passed.
